admin Admin	# Posted: 16 Jun 2006 16:46 The Cushing tower is coming soon!!! We worked last week to remove some things and improve the tower grounding. This weekend, weather permitting, we will get most if not all of the equipment up.
admin Admin	# Posted: 19 Jun 2006 12:34 - Edited by: admin We were unable to get anything done Saturday due to heavy storms Friday nite and the continued threat Saturday, but Sunday our climber was on the tower bright and early. We have one antenna attached, and the remainder should go up next Sat and Sunday!!! We are hoping that this is completed shortly.
admin Admin	# Posted: 27 Jun 2006 20:04 Our tower climber had a family emergency Sat, but Sunday he was out there. I have added some pics so you can see what we are adding to the tower. We are again hoping that the tower gets completed this weekend. We have two more items to put up and final tweaks on the ones we have up in the air. That is easy to say - but at 160ft, it is more difficult than you can imagine. The antenna that we have hanging out on the pipe was fun - to say the least. That whole assembly went up at one time - and weighs between 110 and 120 pounds. It extends a little over 4ft from the tower.
